Welcome to www.mvpackaging.ca (hereafter referred to as mvpackaging.ca. MV Packaging provides products and services subject to the following conditions. By accessing or shopping at mvpackaging.ca you accept the conditions outlined in the policies, terms and guidelines. All current and future mvpackaging.ca services, website visits and purchases are subject to these conditions.

Payment Terms

For customers with established credit, terms are net thirty (30) days from date of shipment. If customer fails to make a payment within thirty (30) days, MV Packaging Inc may delay shipments until such payment is made, or may cancel all or any part of unshipped order. If credit is not established, payment will be required for purchase by Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or Online Interact. The price displayed for products on mvpackaging.ca depicts the full retail price listed on the product itself, unless otherwise noted. We try our best to have all items displayed at the correct price. If we discover any mispricing, we will correct the price if lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If the correct pricing is higher than our stated list price we will at our consideration either charge the lowers amount and ship you the item or contact you for instructions before shipping giving you the opportunity to cancel your order.
